Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Discord or Google, we receive and store:

• your email address;
• your display name or username;
• your avatar image URL;
• the provider's account identifier, which is what links your sign-ins together.

We do not request access to your Discord servers, messages, friends, or connections, and we do not read your Google Drive, mail, or contacts.

We store the decks you build, your profile settings, and records of matches you play — including game actions and chat messages sent during a match. Bug reports you submit in-app include the diagnostic details and any screenshot shown to you before sending.

We use this data to run the service: to sign you in, show your profile and decks, match you with opponents, keep games in sync, and diagnose crashes and bugs. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Other players see your display name and avatar, and — during a match — the deck and plays you make visible under the game's rules.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate BoundRifter: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Railway (application hosting). They process data on our behalf. We otherwise share data only when legally required.

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in across boundrifter.com and the play app. It is required for the service to work. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and its associated decks and match history at any time by contacting us — see below. Because BoundRifter is in alpha, data may also be cleared during development resets.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will action the request. You may also revoke BoundRifter's access from your Discord or Google account settings at any time.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and announce material changes in our Discord.
